  1. No Consumer Right of Withdrawal
    • This website is strictly for B2B sales (business-to-business). Consequently, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Danish and EU consumer protection laws does not apply.
  2. Sales Are Final
    • All sales are considered final once an order is placed and confirmed. Products are non-returnable unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
    • This policy extends to time-sensitive or perishable goods, including but not limited to plants, which may rapidly deteriorate.
  3. Product Deviations and Defects
    • In the event a product materially deviates from its description or is otherwise faulty, please contact us at sales@cannax.trade within 4 days of receipt. We will work with you, in accordance with these Terms and our overall commercial policies, to resolve legitimate quality or defect issues.
    • Replacement or Refund: We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement product or credit/refund if we determine that the issue arises from our error or a verifiable defect. Any such arrangement must be documented in writing.
  4. Return Procedures (If Agreed Upon)
    • If a return is agreed upon in writing, the following procedure applies:
      1. You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number or written return confirmation from us.
      2. You must ship the product back in its original packaging (where possible) and in the condition in which it was received.
      3. Unless otherwise stated, you are responsible for all return shipping costs, and you bear the risk of loss or damage to the product during transit.
      4. Upon receipt and inspection, we will confirm whether you qualify for a refund, replacement, or credit, as agreed.
  5. Limitations of Liability
    • We assume no responsibility for products returned without our prior written approval.
    • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from a return or refund request, except as required by mandatory law.
