Print Confirmation: When you receive the code, we will also provide a confirmation document (or email) for you to print and include inside the package.

Liability & Verification: You confirm that you are the legal owner or authorized representative of the sample. You acknowledge that we reserve the right to refuse, test, or discard any sample that does not meet our standards or appears non-compliant.
